Why MAJAR?
• Translations sent by the Customer to the Office are handled by specialists
who are not only fluent in the language, but also possess suitable specialist knowledge required for a given translation.
• Texts translated by our translators are then handled by editors that we employ! Every text is examined by at least 2 pairs of eyes.
• We are not late with the completion of orders. Translations are sent to us
by translators one day earlier, so that an editor has time to make their final correction.
• For a few years now, and especially since Poland joined the European Union, we have obeyed the rule that translations into a foreign language are completed by native speakers. So, a text from Polish into German is translated by
a German native speaker, and into Czech, by a Czech native speaker. No Polish translator, even the best, is able to take into account all the linguistic ins and outs, whereas in case of a native speaker, it is all natural.
• In our Office, we do not add extra charges to the base price of one page
of translation on account of the level of difficulty of a text or in the event when
a copy is not very legible. For our translators there are no texts that are too difficult.
• We care for each Customer, large companies and institutions, and an individual Customer, who brings us sometimes 0.5 page for translation.
• We have experience related to the completion of large translation projects consisting of hundreds of pages. We know how to co-ordinate operations in course of completion of such orders (division of a text for translators, terminology co-ordination programme during translation, putting the text together, final verification of the whole text, return of the text to the Customer).
• The price of every translation over 20 pages is subject to individual negotiations with the Customer.
• The size of our Office and a large number of Customers result in the fact that we monitor all the changes on the publishing and translation market on current basis and purchase the most state-of-the-art software supporting the translation process (Trados), as well as the professional services of a translation office (program for managing finances, translators/interpreters, orders).
• We have convenient business hours: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
• Our principal place of business is located in the centre of Warsaw.
